Insight Night Match Adds Slots To Meet Demand

LONDONDERRY, NH (December, 2009) Insight Technology, the world’s leading manufacturer of electro-optical equipment, and the title sponsor of the Insight Technology Night Championship at the Day-Night-Day matches, announced that match organizers have added a limited number slots to the match to meet increased shooters demand.

The matches will be held at The Range on Saturday and Sunday, December 12-13 with the Insight Technology Night Championship scheduled for the evening of the 12th. The Night Championship will feature six challenging courses of fire for competitors to negotiate. Overall more than 18,000 rounds will be put downrange across all three matches as competitors vie for titles in one of two divisions – Weapon Mounted Lights and Handheld Lights.

“Due to the popularity of the match and overwhelming response from shooters, we have added a limited number of slots for those interested in competing in the Day-Night-Day,” said Scott Ruby, sponsor coordinator for the match.

“The Insight Technology Night Championship at the Day-Night-Day is one of the true low light outdoor matches in the country and with so few opportunities for shooters to test their skills under the cover of darkness, it’s no surprise that we’ve needed to add more slots.”

Shooters interested in competing in the Insight Technology Night Championship, or any part of the three event format, should contact Frank Glover, the match director, via email at therange@gloryroad.net or call Scott Ruby at (919) 219-6283.

The Range, which is located in Oxford, N.C., is widely regarded in the competition community for the quality of its matches and challenging course designs. It is also home to the Carolina Cup, one of the three major matches on the IDPA circuit.
