Directions
Saute Mahi Mahi in butter until tender.
Add all other ingredients and heat for 1 minute.
Move the fish to platter; deglaze your pan;
Pour sauce over fish and serve
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. MahiMahi fillets
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
1/2 cup white wine
