Saute onion with garlic powder and MSG until
the onions are glazed.
Place Mahi Mahi on top of onions. Cover with
a pan top and cook until done
Meanwhile, mix and warm the Salsa and Sour cream.
Place Mahi Mahi on a serving platter, cover the
Salsa sauce and serve.
