Directions
Coat bottom of pan with olive oil.
Peel oranges. Separate the sections
and lay them on the bottom of the pan.
Place the Sea Bass pieces on top of the
orange sections. Sprinkle pepper over the
fish.
Cover the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until
tender and flaky.
