By combining advanced propellants with high tech design, Hornady has been able to deliver a cartridge that exceeds the performance of the original .375 H&H, yet fit into a more standard length action.
The 375 Ruger features a beltless case that is slightly larger in diameter than the belted magnums, yet equal to the .30-06 Springfield in cartridge overall length. It is designed to chamber in standard length actions.
The new 375 Ruger feeds superbly and smoothly. It is available in three loadings:
- 270-grain SP-RP (Item No. 8231)
- 300-grain RN (Item No. 8233)
- 300-grain FMJ-RN.
